I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

I received my training to teach Yoga from Sonic Yoga in Midtown Manhattan. I am currently studying Body Mind Centering and Yoga with Amy Matthews at the Breathing Project. I am versed in the language of the subtle body and Ayurveda. I have studied hands on adjustments with Alyssa Scheunemann through Kula Yoga Project. I am a 200 hour registered Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.

I received my Personal Training Certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, which is a Nationally Accredited organization and follows the guidelines of the American College of Sports Medicine, which has equipped me to work with a variety of needs and clients at my job, a corporate wellness gym.

I received my BFA training at Otterbein University in Westerville Ohio. I spent the first 20 years of my life becoming a formally trained performer. This puts me in a Unique position as a health professional. My training includes being well versed in vocal techniques required for authenticity of craft and longevity of instrument. I have studied and was influenced by the master teachings of Debra Johnson, Melinda Murphy, Chris Kirk, Kristin Linklater, Michael Dansicker and Catherine Fitzmaurice. The integration of the Fitzmaurice technique with Yoga is a powerful tool in accessing the authentic voice, and opening up emotional pathways. Discover your voice!
